A graduate of Florida State, PR Veteran
Jennifer Shapiro has directed media relations and strategic branding campaigns for builders, developers, architects and cities from coast to coast for 20 years. Jennifer’s roots in storytelling began as a journalist at her alma mater, Florida State University, where she was a live radio news anchor, reporter and assignment editor for WVFS, The Voice of Florida State.
She began her PR career in London with Arnold Worldwide working with clients including Brown Brothers Harriman and Mercedes Benz, but soon after became immersed in helping cities and developers tell their stories of downtown revitalization and new urbanism working with clients such as Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, City of Hallandale Beach Economic Development.
Jennifer is a passionate writer and media pitcher for all destinations ranging from affordable housing to luxury hotels and residences as she believes all deserve their vision and sense of place to be told and shared. She holds a BA in English Literature (including minors in Creative Writing, Communications and Hospitality Management). She is licensed and has a record of being a top producer in both real estate sales and fractional ownership.
